If you are currently enjoying your $50,000 Primary Home Exemption, that’s coming to an end as of December 31st, 2025.
You will have to re-apply for the newly approved $75,000 Primary Home Exemption.
Be sure to get this out to as many property owners as you know.
To be clear on this matter, I contacted an Assemblyman, the KPB Clerks office as well as speaking to the Assessing Dept.
You have till February 15th to submit your form.
