Sarah Richardson, Associate Broker

Sarah and her husband moved to Homer in 2008, bought a great little house in a beautiful neighborhood, started their family, and spent years exploring all that Homer has to offer.

She studied journalism and public relations in college and spent ten years working in corporate communications and marketing in Vancouver, B.C., before moving to Alaska.

Zoe Story, Realtor

Zoe was thrilled to join the family business as a licensed Realtor, helping clients not just find the right property—but imagine the lifestyle that comes with it. With a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for people, Zoe brings energy, insight, and heart to every transaction.

Born and raised in Homer, she knows the town inside and out—from the coziest neighborhoods to the best hikes, coffee spots, and secret beaches. Her love for travel has taken her around the world—learning yoga in India, hiking to Everest Base Camp in Nepal, and collecting stories (and friendships) in every place in between. But it’s Homer that’s always felt like home.

Zoe is also the co-founder of Storied Interiors, a local design and staging business she runs alongside her mom, Tiffanie. Together, they help clients style, stage, and fall in love with their homes—whether they’re staying or preparing to sell. Her combined experience in real estate and design makes her a uniquely valuable guide for buyers and sellers alike.

When she’s not showing homes or styling spaces, you’ll find Zoe adventuring with her little boy, hiking with her dogs, sharing good food with friends, or planning her next cozy dinner party.

If you’re moving to Homer—or just need someone who truly understands both the market and the magic of this community—Zoe’s ready to help you feel right at home.

Tiffanie Story, Co-Owner | Story Real Estate & Storied Interiors

Tiffanie has been at the heart of Story Real Estate since the beginning—running the office, guiding the marketing, and helping create the calm, welcoming experience the team is known for. Her behind-the-scenes leadership continues to shape everything from operations to branding and client care.

In early 2025, she launched Storied Interiors, a home styling and staging business born from her lifelong love of design. After years of remodeling, decorating, and staging both personal and investment properties—including Story Real Estate’s office spaces—Tiffanie turned her creative passion into a full design offering for clients. Whether helping people fall back in love with their homes or preparing a space for the market, she brings warmth, intention, and practical expertise to every project.

Her design philosophy is rooted in the belief that a well-loved home should reflect the people who live there—that it can be both beautiful and deeply personal. She loves creating spaces that feel like a warm hug at the end of a long day.

Tiffanie feels grateful to have been able to raise her family in the heart of Homer, and lives here still surrounded by her family—including her husband Chris, their grown daughters, her treasured grandchildren, and both sets of parents. Family is everything to her, and the deep connectedness of this small town is one of the things she values most.

When she’s not working on a design project, you’ll find her outside in her flower garden, reading a good novel, enjoying a marketing podcast, or camping and hiking with her husband and two sweet pups, Reagan and Tallulah Bell.

Ana Story Real Estate

Ana Reid, Realtor

Ana Reid was raised in Homer with her big Alaska-sized family since 2002! She got her travel bug taken care of by the time she was a teenager, thanks to the adventurous traveling lifestyle that homeschooling allowed. After traveling down under to live in her birthplace of New Zealand and trips to Southeast Asia and Africa, Ana was ready to settle into a life here in Home Sweet Homer, Alaska. The Reid parents did something right, as most of their kids have settled back here and into various entrepreneurial avenues.

Ana began to know the community through her work as a halibut charter deckhand, filleter, volunteer EMT, and operations manager/head beekeeper with the local company Stoked Beekeeping. With the desire to keep busy during the winter months and work directly with humans (her favorite), she has translated her love for the outdoors and finding the perfect bee habitat to helping people find their perfect home platform for their outdoor pursuits. She loves raw land deals, finding fixer-upper homes with potential, and scouring the market for turn-key gems, too!

Be ready for a fun and engaging time when working with Ana- she is diligent, vivacious, ready to take on a challenge, and leaves no stone unturned. She delights in the opportunity to serve her community in such a way and is honored to work with you.

Charlie Anderson

Charles Anderson, Realtor

Four generations ago, Charlie’s great-grandfather began fishing in Kachemak Bay in the 1930s. Can you imagine how good the fishing was back then?

After generations of fishing and ranching, Charlie was born and raised in Homer. You haven’t seen a man with such a myriad of specialties until you’ve met Charlie. From being a buffalo rancher back in the day with his young family to developing Golden Fuel Systems (a highly profitable vegetable oil conversion system for diesel engines), to building and remodeling many homes in the area and working as a surveyor with long-time Homer legend, Jerry Anderson (his father), Charlie has done it all!

Adding yet another feather to the cap was a natural transition, as many years of experience and practical know-how involving land surveying and building have prepared Charlie for a successful career in real estate. He is our team’s “go-to” guy for getting around to rural, hard-to-reach places via snow machine or four-wheeler… or he will get you across the water on a dime with his veggie oil converted diesel boat as a Coast Guard qualified captain. You know you’re on an adventure or about to be when you are working with Charles Anderson!

When not seen lending a helping hand to his community and neighbors, Charlie can be found enjoying the company of his amazing wife, four children, and first adorable grandchild.

Max Lowe, Realtor

Max’s family moved from Montana to Anchorage when he was a kid in 1986, and they immediately began making regular visits to Homer to explore Kachemak Bay.

Through the years, much of Max’s family resettled in Homer, and Max would visit whenever he could.  He often dreamed that one day he might live here as well.

After studying geography and film in Colorado and traveling the US and Europe, Max spent more than a decade in brewery and restaurant management in Chicago.

In 2019, Max decided it was finally time to settle down in Homer, to be close to his family, and to enjoy the most beautiful place he’d ever known.

Before joining the Story Team, Max worked locally in construction management and bookkeeping, learning a great deal about what it takes to build and maintain an

Alaskan dream.  He’s thrilled to be able to help others realize their Alaskan dreams by connecting with those who share a love of this fantastic place and exploring the vast array of possibilities this land has to offer.

Max can often be found with his loved ones hiking, playing hockey, strumming a guitar, gardening, or cooking whatever local food he can find.
