Meet Story Real Estate’s Realtors

Chris Story, Broker, Co-Owner | Story Real Estate

Born and raised on Homer’s Garden Bench, Chris Story grew up surrounded by family—living side by side with his grandparents, aunt, uncle, and cousins in what he fondly remembers as an idyllic Alaskan upbringing. Those early days instilled in him a love for community, self-reliance, and the unmatched beauty of life on Kachemak Bay.

Chris has spent more than two decades immersed in Homer’s real estate market as both an investor and broker. Since 2007, he and his wife Tiffanie have owned and operated Story Real Estate, building a team rooted in integrity, local insight, and a heart for helping people make meaningful moves. Together, they bring the full package to every listing—staging, marketing, and expert guidance to help sellers present their homes in the best possible light and sell for top dollar.

A passionate communicator and teacher, Chris hosts the long-running radio show On Top of the World Radio, where he shares real estate strategies, mindset tools, and stories of living life with purpose. He’s also the author of Born to Live, The Backyard Millionaire, The Millionaire Maker, The Millionaire Code, and The Schoolyard Millionaire—books that reflect his deep commitment to helping others build wealth and freedom through real estate.

Whether he’s coaching new investors, writing his next book, or guiding clients through their biggest financial decisions, Chris brings clarity, humor, and heart to the process.

When he’s not selling, speaking, or writing, you’ll find Chris walking the beach with Tiffanie and their two King Charles Cavaliers, diving into a good book, or volunteering as an auctioneer at a local charity event. He’s most at home surrounded by family—including his wife, daughters, grandchildren, and parents—all proud to call Homer home.

Tiffanie Story, Co-Owner | Story Real Estate & Storied Interiors

Tiffanie has been at the heart of Story Real Estate since day one—shaping the client experience, guiding the brand, and creating the calm, welcoming tone the office is known for. Working closely with her husband Chris, she partners on listings to bring thoughtful home preparation and staging to the forefront, helping sellers present their properties in the best light and often advising on key updates that maximize market value.

In early 2025, she launched Storied Interiors, a home styling and staging business born from her lifelong love of design. After years of remodeling and staging both personal and investment properties—including the Story Real Estate office—Tiffanie turned her creative passion into a full design offering for clients. Whether helping someone fall back in love with their home or preparing a space to shine on the market, she brings warmth, intention, and practical expertise to every project.

Her design philosophy is simple: a well-loved home should reflect the people who live there and support the rhythms of daily life. She believes that the best spaces feel intentional, personal, and make everyday living just a little bit easier. She loves creating spaces that feel like a warm hug at the end of a long day.

Tiffanie is deeply grateful to live in Homer, surrounded by her family—including her husband Chris, their grown daughters, treasured grandchildren, and both sets of parents. Family is everything to her, and the connectedness of small-town life is one of the things she values most.

When she’s not working on a design project of having precious time with family, you’ll find her enjoying a good novel, tuning into a marketing podcast, or walking the beach with Chris and their two sweet pups, Reagan and Tallulah Bell.

Charlie Anderson

Charles Anderson, Realtor

Four generations ago, Charlie’s great-grandfather cast his first lines into Kachemak Bay in the 1930s. Today, that same pioneering spirit runs strong in Charlie, a born-and-raised Homerite with a lifetime of hands-on experience across Alaska’s rugged landscapes.

Charlie’s journey has taken him from buffalo ranching with his young family to gaining valuable experience building and remodeling homes here in Homer. He’s a licensed Coast Guard captain, a skilled navigator of Alaska’s backcountry, and a man who never shies away from a challenge.

Above all, Charlie is family-first. He and his amazing wife are the proud parents of four and now grandparents! He treasures time with his growing family and carries that same care and dedication into every real estate relationship.
