The Power of Great Expectations: How to Attract What You Want

Why didn’t Charles Dickens just call it Whatever Expectations?

Because Great Expectations matter.

They're magnetic.
They pull you forward—toward what you want.
They draw people, ideas, and opportunities into your orbit.

The truth is:
We live up—or down—to what we expect of ourselves.

So ask yourself:

  • What do you really expect of yourself?

  • What do you expect from others?

  • What do you expect this world to be?

Einstein said it best:
“The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friendly or hostile universe.”

He didn’t say maybe.
He said decision.

In other words, what you expect… is what you get.

So aim higher. Expect better. Think bigger. You deserve nothing less than great expectations.

I expected to write one book this year, then I met Jim Stovall; during a podcast interview he told me he’d written six books last year. Wow! My expectations changed instantly, and I’m on track to write four books this year. Great expectations can take you wherever you want to go in life!
